John has over 35 years' experience with CRM, Accounting and ERP solutions, over a wide diversity of industry segments. For the last 20 years, John has directed his passion to providing a one-stop-shop-solution for cemeteries and funeral homes to manage all of their business requirements. John is a respected leader in the Death Care profession both in Australia and the USA, and has consulted on complex business systems implementations and process transformation to more than 50 cemeteries during that time frame.

Anne is one of the founding members of Axiom, having launched the company with John in 1983.
Axiom’s core values have been carefully established over more than three decades, and reflect a desire to be of service, and to build meaningful relationships with its community and clients. Anne believes that there is truly a meeting of the hearts and minds when partnerships are established where there is a match in purpose and business ethics for both organizations.
Anne ‘s experience of cemetery best practice and local rituals now covers several continents, Australia, South Africa, Europe and North America. She has served as President of the Partners to the New York Cemetery Association, and is a regular writer for industry journals.
Senior Implementation Consultant
Clare has been working with Axiom since 2001. Her passion for Business and Finance led her to complete her degree majoring in Accounting and Business Law in her tertiary studies. She has honed those skills in her senior role at Axiom in financial management of Axiom and implementing several cemetery management and accounting solutions in the USA and Australia, specifically in Boston, New York and Cincinnati in the past 7 years. In this role, Clare has provided an effective and amiable client interface for all implementation projects. This includes auditing consultant work deliverables, project status and customer satisfaction to ensure quality conformance to the defined project objectives. Clare is an outstanding educator, and has successfully educated multiple cemetery staff teams in the usage of their new systems, with a quantified knowledge uptake of over 85%.
Barry has spent the last two decades delivering innovative software solutions to world class clients in Asia, North America and Australia. He has a passion for the innovation process and for developing teams that can maintain high standards in rapidly changing environments. As Project Manager, Barry’s role at Axiom is to ensure that the deployment of Axiom’s Cemetery Management System exceeds customer expectations. Barry works in partnership with the customer project team to ensure that Axiom’s products provide lasting solutions to the customer’s business needs.
Solution Architect / Director of Innovation
Anthony’s career thus far has focused on design and innovation of software solutions for the cemetery industry. Anthony is the key driver and responsible for the delivery of the company’s Research and Development Plan. As part of this, he has been instrumental in designing and developing Axiom’s new generation of web based solutions, including the Cemetery Management System based in Sage CRM, an integrated and cemetery specific mapping application using Technology One’s IntraMaps and the online search solution, eSearch. It is also worth noting that the mapping project that attracted the Pitney Bowes Global award for excellence in spatial technology, was led and delivered by Anthony. Along with his mapping background, Anthony is a certified Sage CRM Consultant and has been working with CRM solutions for the past 10+ years. He is an expert in utilizing today’s smart architecture tools to design solutions to fit any business management requirement.
Mehmed is a highly regarded team member with continuous service at Axiom since 1998. As such, he has fulfilled the role of the lead technical consultant in every one of Axiom’s cemetery projects, and has led and managed a wide variety of cemetery data conversions from various software platforms. Mehmed has fine-tuned his collaborative approach to working with Axiom’s cemetery clients to ensure that any client request is well researched, well defined and has fully met the scope of the task request.
Bringing his many years of experience in the development and support of IT solutions within the financial sector, Shameem has proved to be a valuable addition to the Axiom team since he joined the company in 2009. Across those years he has acquired a rich knowledge of the Axiom's products and plays an important role in supporting all of Axiom's products. His ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies has made him a versatile team member at Axiom.
Syed’s main responsibilities involve design, development and support of Axiom's products including customizations, reports, forms and other modifications. Syed is also responsible for the development of improved systems and managing projects such that client expectations are met and work scope is completed within budgeted parameters while monitoring and assuring that all deliverables and services provided are of high quality and meet business standards. Syed always ensures that company software testing standards are enforced and that no software deliverable is provided without full compliance with Axiom's testing methodologies.
Network Administrator / Customer Services Consultant
Marek joined Axiom in June 2017 as Network Administrator and Customer Service Consultant, bringing with him 8 plus years of experience working in the IT field for professional services firms.
Marek is responsible for the upkeep, security, configuration and reliable operation of the computer systems and infrastructure at Axiom, working closely with internal and external clients on a wide variety of projects and support tasks.
Digital Mapping Analyst / Client Services Consultant
Quentin’s career with Axiom was focused on cemetery mapping. Since 2015 he has taken on a broader set of responsibilities including the on-site implementation and education of Axiom's CMS product. During his time with the clients, Quentin is instrumental in getting them educated, as well as getting the software up and running. He is able to learn the client’s current processes and map them to the CMS software in a way that they can understand and easily transition to. He also plays a key role in the quality testing phase of the software, as well as writing Axiom's CMS manuals. This experience gives him an intimate knowledge of the software's operation.
Business Development Manager / Project Manager
Dan has spent the last 30+ years as a consultant working with clients to design and deliver innovative software solutions to help solve client’s needs. During the last 20+ years Dan has focused his efforts on the cemetery and funeral home industry working with dozens of clients to implement effective long term solutions. As Business Development Manager, Dan’s role is to work with clients to create meaningful long term partnerships. As Project Manager, Dan’s role is to work with customers to design and deliver the appropriate Axiom solution to support the continued growth and effectiveness of Axiom’s clients.
Office & Accounts Manager
Tanya leads the innovation of Axiom process and workflows to ensure a smooth and hassle free customer service experience. Tanya is the key driver of the implementation of Promapp at Axiom, ensuring milestones are met and the project is delivered on time.
Tanya is passionate about building strong working relationships with customers and assisting them with all customer relationship matters keeping them up to date at all times. Tanya also builds great relationships with customer project managers so as a team we deliver exceptional systems. She has a keen eye for detail and has been a key player in bringing many tender submissions together and delivering high quality education materials and resources for optimized learning.
Tanya always projects a positive demeanor so much so that she has a smile that customers can ‘see’ over the phone. Tanya willingly provides backup support for all co-workers, actively supporting team goals with accuracy, efficiency and a slice of good humor.
Melanie started with Axiom in October 2017 as a full time Administrator. Having been in the customer service industry for 10 years, Melanie is familiar with all aspects of Administration and specialises predominantly in the fields of Sales Administration and Marketing.
Melanie is responsible for supporting the sales department and managing the day to day operations of the administration department to ensure paperwork and daily running’s are in alignment with the highest standards.
Melanie brings her warm personable manner and can do attitude, she is always happy to assist her team with various duties and is motivated to bring our valued clients the best possible outcome she can achieve. Melanie will play a key role in delivering presentations and building customer relationships and looks forward to meeting clientele and advancing her career.
Jasmine joined Axiom as an Administrative Assistant, her role consists of document management, general clerical and administrative tasks and ensuring the office is managed and organized at all times. Jasmine always maintains excellent communication between staff and clients and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her high quality attention to detail and organization skills have made her an absolute asset and these skills have been paramount in her role in the implementation of Promapp at Axiom.
